Speaker Bio: Jay is a global compliance manager for Bio-Rad Laboratories.  Jay’s team is responsible for Records and Information Management, data privacy, managing the Bio-Rad Healthcare Entity interactions process, and the compliance education and awareness program (with over 38k student plus course combinations per year).  Jay is a highly innovative user of tech, and designs, codes, and implements solutions using Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud flows, Power Apps, Power BI Dashboards, and Power Virtual Agents. Every week, Jay’s team runs over 10k lines of code that Jay has written to enable precision at scale.  Also, Jay has designed and implemented a broad spectrum of metrics and data analytics throughout multiple global systems and processes.  These metrics support scalable and repeatable data-driven compliance activities on a global scale. Jay is a former chair of Bay Area Ethics and Compliance Association.
