Description: In 2018, the University of California, Office of the President, set out to unite four offices in Oakland into two buildings side by side. This session explores how the University completed the move and simultaneously strengthened its RIM program. You’ll hear how the office persuaded employees to purge information, used marketing to attract attention to the project, and implemented OnBase and a complicated scanning project.

Jacqueline DiOrio, Speaker
Jackie is the lead records analyst at the University of California, Office of the President. Through her work there, and as the University Archivist and Records Manager for Marshall University in Huntingon, WV, Jackie has worked in non-profit records management for over seven years. She was educated at the University of Michigan's School of Information, where she received a masters degree in 2013. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys reading, playing video games, and hanging out with her pug, Bug
