Speaker Hank Duncan, IGS, is currently Director of educational programs for ARMA Greater Los Angeles Chapter and he holds a degree in business from the Santa Fe College.  Hank is a sales consultant who works with Information Governance Professionals to help companies confidently build defensible records retention schedules.  After spending nearly a decade working in sales, Hank believes that people, policy, and the regulatory environment must all come together to create an effective and defensible Information Governance program
